"My son and daughter both took Art through the Centuries with Mrs. Gritsko in person and they both loved it.  In fact, my daughter went on to minor in art in college with a specialty in printmaking and I know part of it was due to being exposed to this technique in class when she was 10!  As a homeschool mom who loves to make connections between subjects, I  appreciated that she linked events and concepts in history to developments and movements in the art field.  We read stories about famous artists and many times when they showed me their work, they could also tell me about the artist and why he or she was important."
